First I am new to the CRS Script editor so this may have an obvious answer but.... When I create a user variable and set it as a parameter it isn't showing up within the Scipt Application. All the other variables that I create (prompt, text, etc) and assign as parameters show up in Application Management when I add the script to the application. Why not the user variable?

Usually the parameter is empty and gets populated when you use a select resource step.
Without knowing a bit of your script it is challenging to answer your question.
Why do you need the User Variable to be a parameter?

I am using a select resource step but I want to send the call to a specific agent. I wanted to control that agent within the application on the CRS server so I don't have to directly edit the script if it needs to be changed.
