We use one button login at our remote sites, but we would like to ring more than one physical phone when an agent gets a call. Is there any way to do this?
Obviously you cant log in more than once with a single one button login account, and if we use more than one account then it rings one the agent that got the call. I want to ring a bunch of phones at once like a hunt group.

Hi,
I am afraid it's not possible. The call reserves an agent, and an agent is sort of tied to one endpoint.

Yeah, I spoke to Cisco about it and you are correct, not possible.
I'm thinking of queuing the call for 1 second then throwing it at a hunt group.
