Using the BABuddy Name

Hello,

I am running a preview Campaign and i wanted to know whether I can make use of BABuddyName to check the starting alphabet of the last name and route it to a specific agent.

The reason being i have differentt sets of agents who are assigned to different set of customers depending on the their Last names.

For example Agent 1  can place outbound calls with customer names starting with A or B

Agent 2 can attend calls with customer names starting with C or D or E.

can we automate this process if yes, how can we do it.?

You cannot programmatically do this, but you could separate your campaigns, queues, and contact lists manually.  This is more administrative overhead, but gains you what you need.

but just wanted to check if there is a way which minimise all the admin overheads.?
