I like the new Calendar option in uccx 12.5, but I am looking for the best way for all the departments to use the same Holidays.
I have 20 or different calendars with different time of day, weekends, but they all use the same Holiday schedule. If i want to add a holiday, I have to edit 20 different calendars! Is there an easier way to do this? My initial thought is to add 2 calendars to every script. 1 for the holidays and 1 for the business hours.
