Hi
There is a UCCX_Category Name on the Value Lists. I believe this is reason codes for the call. Is it possible to create a list of codes and then report from it? can anyone of you explain what it is and what for?

Hi, can you include a screenshot of what you're referring to as well as what version you're on. For instance, are you looking at something in CUIC for reporting vs. something in UCCX itself for instance?

Its in CUIC reporting and on the left side panel it will be there as value lists. Also attached the screen shot of that CUIC reporting.

So you can look at the value list contents by looking under Actions. You can also create a collection (for use with reporting) there as well. Or you can create a report/report definition by using the value list.
