VXML Documentation

I'm looking for VXML documentation that details the Cisco supported VXML elements, properties etc. (Not the Call Studio guide).
Anyone got a working link?

These are the documents all my searches end up with. This is my problem - the documentation I am after has disappeared from the Cisco web site.

I am not using VFC or Studio.

What I am looking for is the information that details all the VoiceXML elements and properties (and platform extensions) supported by the gateway, not information on toolkits or APIs used to write VoiceXML applications
