Web and Email 4.4.1 problem order activity from pick button

Hello I just now to do upgraded to Web and email interaction manager from version 4.3.1 to 4.4.1 but when agent hit the button pick the email activities always shows order ascending I need the orden descending in orders words the activity more new first.

can anyone tell me how can I change that?
