I have a customer that needs to allow supervisors to do Dynamic skilling but can only run CCE 9.01 is there someone out there that has aa application that can do what 10.5 can do and allow you to do dynamic re-skilling.

The re-skilling gadget is not available in UCC 9.x for Finesse.
You could use the Dynamic Re-Skilling option. This is a separate application, exposed in UCCE.

Is there a reskilling gadget for 10.5? I can't find documentation on it.

Could you point me to this because I have a customer who would like that to be handle by supervisors.... Right now can not upgrade to 10
