We are having a issue with our local gateways at random times of the day so far 3 times in the last 2 weeks, it appears we lose connection to the trunk, and all calls get a busy signal, then we reboot them and calls start processing again. Not really sure where to start, since it did work for about 3 weeks since we have been on the webex platform completely. I have update the ios to 17.12 and both gateways are in a round robin, it happens to both gateways at the same time even though they are in different locations. Not really seeing anything outstanding in the logs for the local gateways.

What are the commonalities then? Same network path to the internet? Same firewall/IPS platform across the org?
The first indication of trouble would likely be the TCP session being closed/reset. You may need to PCAP that or turn on very limited debugs filtered using an ACL or span the switch port to another box running Wireshark. TAC may also be able to see what WxC-MT logs show.

Hello Jonathan! The commonalities are the network path is the same, both local gateways sit behind our firewalls in the dmz. I did see route list exhausted as well when this happens from the CM side, its a little tricky to trouble shoot since its critical to get them back up soon as possible. My plan is to pull one out of the round robin next time and just route calls through the working one. and run some debugs and engage TAC to do what you said and get the Wxc-MT logs. Any other Ideals ? I am wide open, just want to try and get this resolve soon as possible to ease stress on the teams.
