How to ask questions?
1. Select the corresponding Board:
2. Click on “Start a conversation”
3. Important to use the right label:
- API & Development -> Webex Contact Center APIs
- Features & Configuration -> Webex Contact Center
4. Provide a title, detailed description, screenshots if necessary, and click “Post.”
