Webview installation on IPCC Enterprise ICM 6.0

Hello all,

Has anybody tried to enable webview in an IPCC 6.0 installation?

I am tried to do this and the webview homepage is not starting at all.

When I put http://<aw server>/<customer instance> on my browser it is redirecting me to CiscoAdmin.jhtml but I am getting either an error on the page (page cannot be displayed) or the actual html code in the page body.

It seems that the application mapping for .jhtml files are missing in the IIS configuration.

Even though I have a clean installation (only AW on this server) the webview homepage cannot open.

Anybody had the same problem?

Could you please try with a fresh installation with callmanager CD , This may be the problem you are facing

it seems that there was something wrong with the EA Server. Reinstall the EA Server .
