My user gets this error when running a specific reports of ICM WebView Report .I have version 7.5.1. of ICM
There was an error running your report.Please try again and contact your WebView administrator for further information.
Does anyone know why occurs this problem?
Any help or input would be really appreciated.

What version of IE are they using?

What reports are they getting this error on as well? If the plugin didn't install correctly I think you get error messages like that when trying to run graphical reports.

Hi,
ICM 7.5.x features a nasty bug: if your localen in the browser is set to anything else than EN_US, then an error message - like this above - pops up.
Try changing your locale to EN_US in IE.
Also, is this customised report or built-in (provided by Cisco)?

Hi Santi,
Couple of questions:
1. Are you facing the issue only for the Agtskg24 report or for the other reports too?
2. Did you try pulling out the reports for all the agents? If so, can you try out in groups?
Also, try restarting the Jaguar service in the AW
