I've got a customer running ICM 6.0 and IPIVR 3.5(2). I'm converting there Nortel Periphonics scripts over to Enterprise. These are IVR only self service applications i.e. no call queuing. One of the reports the customer wants provides him the total or average time for a call in the IPIVR. What WebView report would help me to provide this type of information i.e. 31 calls were sent to the IVR and each called averaged 158 minutes. Thanks for the help in advance.

Take a look at the call type reports.
I think they will give you what you want.

Calltype35 and 36. you could also use the "CRA Report" application which you can install as a Plugin see here:
