hi,

I am getting a bit confused with what servers to spec for WFM  / AQM

I need WFO for 300 users ,call  and screen recording for 300 users

so I am thinking I need 2 X 7845 servers

I plan to use DMS/end point recording

I undertand that each server requires os 2003 and SQL 2005

is this correct'? what is single server deployment ?

Hi,

You can use the IPCCX configuration tool ( can be downloaded from CCO) to size and configure youe WFM/ AQM servers.

You can make use of the Configuration Guide for sizing information

Yup you would required at least 2 servers (1 each for WFM & QM). Note that the upper limit for WFM on a single server is 300 concurrent users. A single server for QM is fine provided you're using endpoint recording. Both of them are considered as separate products so currently they can't be running together in the single server environment.

WFM still uses OS 2003 and SQL 2005 SP2 while you can use OS 2008 and SQL 2008 SP1 for QM.
