We would like to configure the below requirement in WFM and we are confused about the Work Shift Type that needs to be created as it seems none of them works for us.
We have a group of agents who belong to a Night Shift. All agents are required to work 5 days per week, 4 days from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM and one day as Day Shift from 8:00 AM to 01:00 PM. We would like 2Ring to schedule the Night Shift days ans well as the one day Day Shift for all the agents.
Anyone can advise on the right Work Shift Type that can be used?
