Hey experts, i was UCCE Call routing and many where in guide Pheripheral target or the term pheripheral came can anyone explain what these terms are and how they work in actual?

In guide there was a line when a call deliver to pheripheral, what's that mean ?

And What PG exactly do ?

Hi, you should probably take a look at the design guides since they go into great detail about this and other topics, but the targets are typically the ACD extensions of the agents for instance. Nowadays you don't need to configure them all manually, you can use a rule, but in the past you did.
