What's the deal with Updating Cisco Script Application deleting values

What's the deal with Updating Cisco Script Application, deleting values
It's happened twice on the same Application in the same 30 minutes.
I get almost all the values entered, Press Update to make sure I don't lose any of the values I've entered, and Poof, my values are gone!
What's the deal?
Is there something I can do differently to keep this from happening?

Can you post a screenshot or video of what you mean/what you're experiencing? Also, what version are you on?

After I saved the Application and all the values were wiped out, I moved on and built a new Application.
I was planning on replacing the Application with a new, different Script, so now the old Application has been retired...

We are on System version: 12.5.1.11003-511 (su3-ES06)

So it was only one application, but whenever you saved it, it wiped out the values? Other applications work fine?
