Hello,
We are planning to deploy UCCX 9 in our environment, just wondering if we do order the UCCX 9 premium version, do we still need to implement IP IVR?
If so, is that require additional licenses?
Thanks,

IP IVR does not include the RmCm subsystem and therefor has no ACD functionality (i.e. no Skills/CSQs/Agents). It's used primarily with CCE although CVP is the more common IVR choice for that solution. It can also be used for building IVR-only self service applications.

CCX Premium does, yes. They are the same software, the license keys just activate different subsystems.
Additional information on the features per license level is available in the CCX SRND.

So uccx include all ip IVR features, we don't need ip IVR if we have uccx premium?
Thanks,
