Why isn't a resource showing up in the User View in UCCX?

I've added a user in UCM and he's appearing as a resource but not in the User View in UCCX. I've replicated the permissions in UCM that another supervisor has.

Is this happening for only one user, Please check below 

Make sure First and Last name updated in End User 

user ID should not exceed 31 bytes

The following is the limit for agent name:

Engish-based script (German, Spanish, English, etc)—50 bytes / 50 characters
