Hello I have a question.
It is possible that the interaction manager in the url for the chat before opening the session with agent can be authenticated the customers, limiting customers exclusive access to previously validated?
can anyone help me?
Thanks.

Since chat functionality is a link on your website to initiate contact similar to a webform for email submission it has no in built authentication. However the web site can have authentication which can show the link for authenticated users outside of EIM/WIM. So the customer can do this on the website and this has no impact on EIM/WIM and support.
FYI, authentication is in built into SelfService that eGain offers in the base product. This is a portal where customers can sign up to look at specific articles or topics and here authentication is relevant but not for Email or Chat.
