Working Hours Script

Hello, 

 

Could anyone explain how to use "if" rule to use it in the working hours?

Using the "If" statement is kind of a broad topic. What is your end goal for the use of working hours in your script? If your ultimate goal is to limit your script to work hours, you can use the Time of Day function.

Thanks for your reply, but I hope to provide me the steps to configure this function in the script

Day of Week and Time of Day combination can be used within Admin script to set a global user variable 0 or 1, based on which routing decision can be made in Routing script.

Configure your Day of Week first:

Edit your Day of Week function:

Add your Time of Day to your Day of Week:

One note is that you don't need to add time in "The Rest".  It's assumed that anything not configured will fall under "The Rest".
