Hi!
I need your advice. Sorry that English is not my native language.
We are using Wrap-up data in Call Center and it's working OK. But, we have an EMAIL center and the wrap up data is not showing on reports.
When an Agent reply an email, he has the box with the wrap-up data options, he selects one, and it seems that everything is working ok.
¿Is the data stored in the database? ¿Is there a way to see that info? ¿using SQL Queries maybe?
We are using UCCX 7.
Any help is welcome!

Hi Mauro,
Please refer the "Table 2-36 EEMQueueAgentDetail Table Fields" in the below link,
wrapupData
Wrapup selected by agent when email is terminated.
You can use SQL queries (am not good at it) to fetch these values.
