Wrap Up Reason not setting for UCCE .

Hi there,

        We have set wrapup reason code, its get & set properly for UCCX.But for UCCE, we are getting wraup reason code.Reaon code are not getting set For UCCE Its giving 400 as bad request.

       Wrapup Reason Code functionality working properly for UCCX while its not working for UCCE.

Hi,

Please provide more details so that I can help you further. Are both get and set APIs not working for you on CCE? Did you take a look at the response body of the 400?

Hi,

    We detect actual problem for UCCE wrapup reason code. In UCCE,at one time,agent can select only one wrap-up reason code .And for UCCX ,agent can select multiple reasons code.

That is correct, for UCCE only one wrap up reason can be set.
