WxCC Auto Answer Tone

Hello,

We have an Agent Profile to auto answer calls presented to the Agent. The calls are auto answering, however, I was wondering if there is a way to configure a tone or other announcement to play to alert the agent to the connected call? In Finesse there is the "zip tone" that can be enabled. Wanted to know if it is possible to do this with Webex Contact Center as well?

If it is possible, how do you enable this and are there any device support limitations? For example, it only works with WebRTC or an MPP phone, etc.

I've not tried this, but I believe if you have the notifications enabled, you'd get this based on the profile and the browser/computer notification combination of settings. Here's a Cisco link that talks about the notifications if it helps. I always get audio notifications on my agent, although they aren't auto answer, but I imagine it'd be the same.
