Hello.
I need to associate my recently created "CCO" account with my company, yet it seems to not be recognized/registered to open TAC cases.
How do I do this?

There is a helpful user guide posted in the knowledge base articles which you can find here: https://community.cisco.com/t5/contract-renewals-knowledge-base/renew-cisco-com-user-guide/ta-p/4576565. In this user guide you can find step by step info on how to get your CCO id properly set up.
