CCO account seems to not be recognized/registered to open TAC cases?

Hello.

I need to associate my recently created "CCO" account with my company, yet it seems to not be recognized/registered to open TAC cases.

How do I do this?

There is a helpful user guide posted in the knowledge base articles which you can find here: https://community.cisco.com/t5/contract-renewals-knowledge-base/renew-cisco-com-user-guide/ta-p/4576565.  In this user guide you can find step by step info on how to get your CCO id properly set up. 

There is also this user guide here for partners on associating your CCO ID with your company - https://salesconnect.cisco.com/c/dam/r/salesconnect/saleshubs/SalesConnect-Help/Associate-Cisco-ID-to-Company.pdf
