Is it possible for the customer to do the CX Cloud registration using contracts with service level "PSUP"?

No. PSUP is a partner-delivered service. The service is purchased by a partner and support is delivered by the partner, not Cisco. Any assets a customer owns that have PSUP coverage can be seen in CX Cloud from telemetry but not by adding that entire PSUP contract.

What will be the CX level for those PSUP assets then?

They will basically be at a L0 level.
