dynamic voice contents

Cisco PCCE, using Cisco Call Studio 11

I need to play dynamic content to customer like "To book an appointment for today at 2PM, press 1, to book an appointment for tomorrow at 10AM, press 2" and like wise, where <today/tomorrow> will be passed as a variable and time (2 or 10) will be passed as variables from Database. I can use Menu Option element to play this but it will become very rigid, or any other better approach for such dynamic voice element with variable ?
