Nexus 9K switch module 40G Ethernet Expansion Module (PID: N9K-M12PQ) I know it supports 40G SFP. My question is that will it support 10Gbase-SR (SFP-10G-SR) as remote end devices only support 10G.

Yes, is supported but you need an adapter "CVR-QSFP-SFP10G".
