The N9K-C9504, N9K-C9508, and N9K-C9516 chassis all support a maximum of six (6) fabric modules. These are inserted behind the fan trays in the rear of the switch. The fabric module slots themselves are referred to as FM1, FM2, FM3, FM4, FM5, and FM6 in documentation. Within the output of the show module command, these are displayed as slots 21 through 26.

I'm not as familiar with ACI-mode switches as I am with NX-OS-mode switches. However, the Cisco Nexus 9000 ACI-Mode Switches Release Notes for ACI Release 15.1(1) document contains a list of supported hardware, including Nexus 9500 line cards. The N9K-X97160YC-EX line card does not appear on this list. Therefore, I would logically assume that the N9K-C97160YC-EX line card is not supported in ACI.
