C93180YC-FX3 upgrade failed

I am planning to upgrade my C93180YC-FX3 switch from version 9.3.8 to 10.3.3. but during the upgrade process I get the message "Return code 0x40450037 (Not a valid nxos image)".

I have confirmed that the nxos64-cs.10.3.3.F.bin file md5 is correct.

Recommended path: 9.3(8) → 10.2(4)M → 10.3(3)F

9.3.10 is the lowest nxos upgradeable to 10.x - if ISSU is not required:
