Configuration Nexus 9300

Hi everyone,
I am deploying an N9k (C93216TC-FX2) which has CVR-QSFP-SFP10G adapters and SFP-10G-SR-S module, however when we make the connection no traffic happens on the link and the SFP port remains noconnected.

Can you help me solve this problem ?

I have the same problem with the same devices and SFPs.

I also tried to connected this device with another N9k (C93216TC-FX2) using an QSFP40G (QSFP-40G-SR4-S) and a type B cable, and it doen't work. i see good Rx and Tx signals on the port, but it stills in notconnect.

I tried with L2 and L3 config with no results.

The cooper and mgmt ports works fine, but all ports related with fibber ports doesn't work.

Today i downgraded my devices to this version: nxos64-cs.10.3.4a.M.bin, and the ports became up.

My original version was nxos64-cs.10.4.1.F.bin
