Nexus 9k manual failover

I have just noticed that our "active/standby" N9K pair does not have supervisor modules installed:

I was hoping to manually fail over the traffic from the active switch to the standby but it doesn't seem possible:

There is a vpc peer-keepalive interface which is up and the two devices are able to see each other:

Am I missing something? How do I fail over traffic from one N9K to the other?

The Nexus N9K-C9396PX are fixed series of switches. The Nexus 9500 are the modular switches with redundant supervisor capability.

Based on the information you have provided it looks like you have 2 Nexus N9K-C9396PX in vPC. The vPC switches are not active / standby but active/active.
In vPC, to reboot one switch and ensure the network is not impacted depends on how your network is setup i.e servers and other devices dual homed to both the Nexus switches and there are also some other consideration in regards to vPC itself.
I would suggest to schedule a maintenance window and plan the activity
