Hello, is it possible to provide any L3 services (SVIs and static routes) on a Nexus N9K in a vpc domain, or do all L3 services require external devices?
The desired design concept was having lower tier vpc domain provide server uplink redundancy and upper tier vpc domain provide L3 services to connected servers and other networking devices.

Sure you can. Make sure you follow this principles for the upper tier vpc domain: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/ip/ip-routing/118997-technote-nexus-00.html
