Unable SSH to access aix server after replacement cisco nexus 3k

Hi

We are unable to SSH access aix/unix blade servers after replacement with nexus 3k

We have replace with old catalyst switch to nexus 3k

But we are getting ping from servers.

Connective details 

Cisco aci leafs to nexus switches 

Nexus switches connected to AIX servers
