Upgrade Nexus 9K nxos and bios

Hello,

I need to upgrade a nexus 93130YC-FX from 10.2.5 to 10.4.4M wich is the recommended release.

But I also need to upgrade the BIOS from 5.47 to 5.51. Is there a specific command (and file/image) to upgrade the BIOS or when I do the upgrade if the NX-OS with "install all" command will also upgrade the BIOS.

Please advice.

No, there is no need to upgrade the BIOS separately. You can refer the doc below:

The install all command is the recommended method for software upgrades and downgrades because it performs configuration compatibility checks and BIOS upgrades automatically.
