In DCP 1.0 there was an Action Button to submit documents to customers for review. I don't see any Submit for Review Action buttons in DCP 2.0, so how do I submit documents to customers for review?

I am looking into working with an API using python that connect to a Defense Center and allows me to upload SRUs and edit/apply Intrusion policies through code.  Is there anyone that can point me in the right direction?
