Action plan :

==========

  • Enabled the caller id info from the CLI , but same issue .
  • Checked the logs found the CUCM is sending the call to the UCCX with the calling number 101 and which is the same as showing on the finesse .
  • From the CUCM logs I can see that the GW is sending the invite with calling number 101 :

05577128.001 |12:42:16.889 |AppInfo  |//SIP/SIPUdp/wait_SdlDataInd: Incoming SIP UDP message size 691 from 10.31.1.93:[5066]:

INVITE sip:5000@192.168.218.21:5060 SIP/2.0

Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 10.31.1.93:5066;rport;branch=z9hG4bKd10f155103

Contact: sip:07825281536@10.31.1.93:5066

  • But as the GW is sending calling name that why its showing correctly on the jabber device .
  • We tried to apply LUA script from the CUCM but that didn’t work as expected .

Cisco TAC Said maybe you will helps with this issue .
