I have been tasked with trying to emulate dialing from a desk phone using our internal web application. The tricky part is one of the requirements is to not install the jabber client on each of the desktops where the application is running. Is there a way using an API to connect to the CUCM server and dial for the user but then have them still use their desk phone to have the conversation? I am on a Windows/C# environment. Sorry if this is the wrong board this is my first time posting and wasn't sure where to place the question.
