Hi All,
When I try and log into the Duo website (my credentials have admin rights), I do not have the option for a Push Notification, only “Text” or “Call Me” are available. After looking for answers as to why this is the case, all I can find is that my device does not support Push Notifications. I have an iPhone XS Max running iOS 12.1.4 with Duo Mobile 3.24.2.5, and I receive Push notifications for all systems we use Duo for, so they do work.
I have some Android colleagues who say they are also not able to received Push notifications from the web login page.
Does anyone know if there is a way to enable this?

Hi Keith,
There could be a few different things going on here affecting push authentication for the Duo Admin Panel:
Duo Mobile accounts must be activated separately for user and administrative login. This is because administrators and users are not linked in your account. I would first recommend going through the activation process as an administrator to see if this resolves the issue: https://duo.com/docs/administration-admins#use-duo-push-for-administrator-authentication.
If Duo Mobile admin activation isn’t the issue, I would recommend checking to see if there’s an Admin Authentication Methods setting in place that does not permit the use of Duo Push: https://duo.com/docs/administration-admins#administrator-login-settings.

Hi Dooley,
Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. Duo Push wasn’t activated under my Admins settings. Thank you for helping. Have a good weekend.
