I have an Appliance Serial Number.
I want unlock built-in account "admin".

Hi
Please open a TAC case with the appliance serial number in order to unlock the admin account or get the password reset.

This procedure is known to me, but unfortunately, a request to the tac did not help me. Without a contract, they can not help me to reset your password. Is there another option?

Hello,
Unfortunately, due to security reasons we're only able to help reset the admin password for customers with proper contracts. If you have access to the device from another account, you could also try to reset the configuration, which would then allow you access to the local admin account. You would then need to re-import the configuration (excluding the user information, otherwise you'll be locked out again), or you can manually reconfigure at that time.

if i push to factory default my ESA C170 is will erase the LICENSE?

Hi,
With factory reset, everything is gone, including the license. For hardware ESA, you just needs to reconfigure it, and once it gets Internet access, it will poll again the keys automatically, or you can force the poll manually. For virtual ESA, you would need to manually load it again, as feature keys are tied to the VLN, there is no SN. If you need further info, take a look here:
