Firewall Port For Cisco ESA

In Firewall Infomation for Cisco ESA, i see port 628 and port 2222 for the direction it show In & In.

What is the meaning of In & In ?

Its all depends on topology and what firewall is this and where is the ESA in the network layout.

Actually i want to ask about document provided by Cisco. Other port is either In or Out, but for 628 and 2222 is In & In. What does it mean ?
