Emails stopped by reputation filtering are dependant on reputation of senders coming to the appliance.
If you are seeing a drop in numbers, you may want to review reputation scores of high volume senders logged in mail_logs for similar IP's across time frames for example.
If we have lesser number of senders with poor reputations attempting connections to the device, we'll see a lower number in reports.
