Hi Ravi
Each directory number (user) can only have a single voicemail box. However, each voicemail box can have multiple greetings. Commonly users record an alternate greeting for times when they are on holiday and activate that when they are away. When they return from vacation they deactivate the alternate greeting and revert to their standard one.
One additional step you could take would be to change the "after greeting" action on the mailbox to "Hang Up" from the default of "Take Message" when they go away on vacation.

Hi Ravi.
Admin should only modify the behaviour of alternate greeting one time so the user can choose if he wants to receive message in his mailbox or not activating or deactivating the alternate greeting
User has the ability to activate and deactivate the alternate greeting and he can record a new one mantaining the behaviour configured by admin.

Hi Ravi.
From admin prospective, you have only to change the alternate greeting behaviour as Barry suggested (+5P Barry).
From user point, he has to access his voice mail, navigate the menu to VM settings and activate and deactivate the alternate greeting.
Steps for user:
Voicemail button
PIN
key 4
key 1
key 2 to activate and deactivate the message.

Thanks Carlo
From user and admin prospective I mean that if both the changes need to be done simultaneously ??
What I am looking for is that user shall be able to change the greeting of his own without requesting admin, as mentioned by barry above ( action on the mailbox to "Hang Up").
So could you please confirm that as an admin what is the one time configuration that shall be done so that user is able to proceed with the change as mentioned by you above following the steps mentioned below when ever he wish to
"Steps for user:
Voicemail button
PIN
key 4
key 1
key 2 to activate and deactivate the message"
Thanks..
