VWIC3-2MFT-T1/E1 no in or out calls on 2921 router

i have 2921  H323 gateway with IOS

c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.152-3.T.bin  , EI is connected over  VWIC3-2MFT-T1/E1

interface but in or out calls over the E1 don't work ,

this router was placed instead of 2811 gateway with IOS  c2800nm-advipservicesk9-mz.124-24.T2.bin with interface VWIC2-2MFT-T1/E1 in this case the calls was working normal ,

but when we replace 2811 with 2921 with the same configuration calls not working on 2921 ,

any one can help please ?

Is the isdn link established with your telco.

Please provide also a show isdn status.

Hi Marzok,

IOS Toll Fraud Prevention could be one of the problems since IOS has also changed in addition to router model and Fraud prevention was introduced.

Please issue the commands

show ip address trusted list to check for IPs that are blocked.

To allow source IPs/all IPs , u can follow commands

a.

voice service voip

ip address trusted list

ipv4 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0

b.

voice service voip

no ip address trusted authenticate
