2800 Router /w 151-2.T1 running CME SRST

I have just a licensing question.

I have a router that was updated to IOS mainline 151-2.T1 to support SRST 8.1.

telephony-service
srst mode auto-provision none

srst dn line-mode dual

ip source-address <IP> port 2000

Since the upgrade I can no longer telent to port 2000 on the router.

I also now see this new command:

sh telephony-service license

My current license is: FL-SRST-25=

So now to my question...

Do I need a license on the Router and what is the license to support CME_SRST?

My understanding is that there is no license enforcement of any type on 2800 routers, and you only need the "right" config to have it workjing the way you want.
