hi,
i have issue with my callmanager 8.0
when someone is calling me from outside the office, the phone rings 3 times and he hear the sound (busy tone)
the same things happens if someoone is calling internal (desk to desk) 9723 to 9724
any help please

What is the DN configured to do for Ring No Answer?

Hi
Take a look at the call forward no answer setting on the line.
It sounds like cf no answer is set to an invalid destination, or a destination that is not accessible with the configured cf no answer CSS.
