Hi, sometimes 3905 phones cannot transfer calls: user press tranfer key, dial the extension but nothing happens. The problem is random and disappears resetting the phone.
Callmanager Version:8.6.2.22900-9
Phone version: 9-2-2-0

Hi, I have the same problem.
CUCM - 9.1.1(a)
3905 - 9-2-2ES7, 9-2-2, 9-2-2ES1
Factory reset doesn' help. Deleting and installing this phone on CUCM doesn' help, too.
It looks like problem with 3905 settings on CUCM, because new phone for the same user becomes to work with the same bug.

Try updating to the latest Firmware 9.4(1)

CUCM 10.5
3905 problem to transfer (firmware CP3905.9-4-1-0 and CP3905.9-2-2-0).
Do you solve the problem?
