3rd party SIP Phone - can receive, but cant make calls

Hello,

I just registered a 3rd Party SIP Phone on CUCM 9.1, i can receive calls but im having problems to dial from those phones.

Attached is a trace from CUCM..

We are testing with Avaya 9611G phone.  Avaya 9611G got registered as a third party SIP phone (basic).  We are able to make outbound calls from the Avaya phone but the Avaya phone cannot receive incoming calls.  The traces show that CUCM version is trying but no response from Avaya phone.  The Cisco phone and the Avaya phone are in the same partition and calling search space.  We have CUCM version 10.1.  Can you please share the configuration file for the Avaya phone to compare with our 46xx config file?  Also, we are using digest authentication.  Thanks.
