6.1(2.4) tsp provider

On some of our XP computers, the ciscotsp001 fails to show up as a provider (phone and modem options) after installing version 6.1(2.4). Doesn't matter if its an upgrade or fresh install. Any ideas? Thanks in advance..

Having the same problem on WindowsXP Professional Version 2002 Service Pack 3. TAC won't help. The TSP installs and you can see it under "Sounds and Audio Devices" hardware, but it doesn't show up under "Phone and Modem Options".

Any thoughts or ideas.

Did you come up with anything for this? I'm having this problem on 2 of 12 workstations. It works fine on 10 of them but for some reason it's not working on 2. Getting no where with TAC

No, I'm trying "Click to Call" but still having issues. Works fine on Excel but not on Outlook contacts. Haven't opened a TAC yet - don't know if they support it.
